PVC/WPC profile extrusion line
The GTWPC series WPC profile extrusion line is use PVC and wood
powder as its main raw materials and suitable for skirting, door
sideline, door cover, louver leaf, photo frame, mirror frame,
furniture edge seal line, window and door frame, column, stair
elbow, floor, ornamental plate and other WPC profile extrusion.
Different product proportions can be designed by our company’s
unique WPC technology and formula according to different board
section shapes and its purposes. Different specifications of WPC
special double or single screw extruder can be matched with
appropriate auxiliary units like vacuum calibration forming
platform, haul off machine, landscape orientation cutting machine,
overturning platform etc. Different specs products can be produced
by changing the die heads. The haul off machine is designed by
unique technology of our factory and it work stable and safe with
its powerful capacity. The vacuum calibration forming system uses
special increased vortex cooling water to meet requirement of
different WPC profile calibration forming. The running of the
landscape orientation cutting machine and the haul off machine is
synchronically and is with reasonable design and stable
performance. Meanwhile it can achieve auto cutting function with
dust collecting units.
